HAZOP Leader (TÜV Rheinland Group) – certified in 2024 (16 Aug 2024) after training delivered with Risktec Solutions.

PH&RA (Process Hazard & Risk Analysis) / FS Eng (TÜV Rheinland Group ) – the training took place in Dubai, while I received the certificate only recently, formally closing the process.

To the best of my knowledge, I am the only person in Poland holding these two certifications.
Next step: SIS (Safety Instrumented System) training.
